Return/ Refund policy
We want to ensure you receive nothing but quality products from us at smokinghotoutfits.com.
We offer a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or an exchange on damaged or blemished items.
We cannot refund items damaged during the shipping process. In this event, you must file a claim with the carrier. If there is something wrong with your order such as wrong item, or if your goods are in any way damaged, defective or blemished, when you receive them, please do not hesitate to contact us about replacement within 7 days, of your received delivery.
In most cases we provide a size guide in our product description to make sure that your outfit fits you perfectly. Please make sure that you review the size guide before making your order. As a rule, we do not offer refunds for size issues, though exceptions may be considered. if you purchased an item with a size issue please contact us at email@example.com.
Items can be returned only 14 days after being received.

If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on, will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that’s exceeding the coupon value, can be refundable. Reshipped items for size issues are refundable as well.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
